And yes, it has black pepper to help with the bioavailability of the turmeric! “Keto-ize” it by adding coconut oil, mct oil, cream - so satisfying!
Mix 1 tsp to 8 oz of hot or cold milk of your choice, and any sweetener if desired.
A hand/immersion blender or mini-frothier works great to blend.
Honey is a great way to sweeten it up or add to smoothies with a frozen banana for a yummy treat!
